Woman gave birth in the back of an Uber and got $220 worth of credits
Now you know what's in store, should you ever have to give birth in the back of an Uber.
Siti Halimah Mahamud was in labour, trying to make her way to a hospital in Singapore, when her water broke.

She said in a statement provided to Uber, that she had wanted to call for an ambulance right after, but the Uber arrived before she could dial the hospital.
Uber driver Danny Chong picked up the 26-year-old housewife and her sister-in-law. After a 20 minute ride, they were only minutes away from the hospital when the driver heard Siti cry out "pain, pain" in Malay -- and the baby was delivered.
Baby Sofwah's place of birth was later recorded as the Ayer Rajah Expressway -- the road the car was on when she was born.

Chong complained that after the incident, he needed to take his car to neighbouring Malaysia to get it cleaned, after local car cleaners refused to accept the job.
He said the stains are gone, but still feels that there is "a smell," so he had to get the car cleaned again.
Uber later reimbursed Chong's cleaning fee, along with some vouchers. Lion City Rentals, Uber's owned rental car firm in Singapore, took care of the second cleaning fee.
For Halimah, Uber gave her $220 (S$300) worth of Uber credits, and a congratulatory hamper.
This well tops the $10 that Uber offered a passenger after she caught her driver engaging in a sex act.
Our only question now is, did the hamper come with one of these baby onesies?
